On Thursday, May 12, 2016, Albert Ho was presented with the Dorken Award for Excellence in Service, awarded annually to a UBC Department of Surgery staff member(s). Albert Ho is the IT Manager in the Centre for Excellence in Simulation Education and Innovation.
This award is in recognition of outstanding and high quality contributions; improving the value, efficiency and sustainability of the service they provide; consistently demonstrating the Faculty of Medicine values of Excellence, Mutual Respect, Caring, and Integrity; and making a positive impact on the morale of the Department of Surgery.
