Dr. Prisman is the recipient of a $75,000 (over 2 years) VCHRI Innovation and Translational Research Awards. These awards are intended to support projects that have impact on patient care at Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) or Providence Health Care (PHC), provide savings for the health system at VCH and/or PHC, create medical device and/or commercial opportunities from pre-existing research outcomes.
