The Department of Surgery 2021 Chung Research Day took place on November 1, with a hybrid format of in-person and virtual attendance. Dr. Gelareh Zadeh, Professor and Chair of the Division of Neurosurgery at the University of Toronto, gave the Chung Lectureship, on the topic of Equity and Inclusion in Surgical Leadership.
The faculty and residents who were selected for platform presentations showcased the breadth of research in the UBC Department of Surgery. All of the submitted abstracts are included in the Chung Day Program. We ask that all who attended please complete the evaluation form.
