Dr. Lu is a third year resident in General Surgery at the University of British Columbia. “Thank you for the privilege of serving as your RDBC President for 2020-21. It is an absolute honour and I am looking forward to working with a talented team of new board members to continue to grow our organization. In particular, I am interested in engaging with residents across specialities and geographical distribution to hear your feedback on how we can improve the residency experience. We are committed to supporting, advocating, and representing your voice.”
