The purpose of this program is to support the establishment of new research in the Department of Surgery and is open to both new investigators and established researchers building towards larger external grants or developing innovative pilot programs. It is expected that seed grant winners present their work at Chung Research Day.
$75,000 in funding is available for the 2021/2022 fiscal year, with up to $20,000 awarded per application.
