Virtual Surgical Education Using Wearable Technology
Arman Abdalkhani (Otolaryngology) has been awarded a Strategic Initiative Fund grant to develop a library of educational videos for each surgical division, created through live broadcasting with bi-directional communication with students, and a program evaluation. The intended outcome is enhanced high-quality surgical teaching for UBC medical students via a virtual and interactive platform.
